My philosophy of training comes from my studies of the human body through my Bachelor of Sciene degree in Fitness and Athletic Training. The average human body is composed of about 639 muscles. I believe in order to get a lean and strong physique, we need to train as many muscles as possible from origin to insertion. My goal with any body type is to put muscles on proportionately, train the muscles from the core to the surface muscles. In order to do this we must change the range of motion and angles of the exercises we perform. Most people are stuck in a zone where they are constantly doing the same exercises and same routines. I believe in changing your routine every time you workout. This keeps the workouts challenging and fun and also teaches you how to use all the machines and workout equipment available to you.
